Elizabeth Thuita has been in the courts for over eight years seeking the custody of her child. Her daughter was taken away from her while she was only one-and-a-half years after Elizabeth separated with her husband in 2012.
After a long court battle, the Nakuru court last year, granted full custody to her ex-husband and gave her a supervised access of only 9 hours in a year!
Elizabeth says that this was such an injustice to a mother whose only desire is to be with her child! Is there hope for Elizabeth?
