Today is Mental Health Monday on HCCTV “Up to the Minute,” when we will spotlight Intimate Partner Violence Awareness and Prevention, hosting Dr. Antrece Baggett, HCC’s Office of Institutional Equity Faculty Liaison, and Aly Kramer Jacobs of the Houston Area Women’s Center, who say one in four women and one in 10 men have experienced physical or sexual violence or abuse. They offer tips and resources for those experiencing abuse of any kind from a so-called loved one.
