About this video: This video shows you how to download and install the furniture mod in Minecraft 1.17.1. Specifically, we are going to be installing the Adorn Furniture Mod in Minecraft 1.17.1. What furniture does Adorn allow you to get in Minecraft 1.17.1? Well, you can add an entire kitchen, living room, bedroom, dining room, and more all to Minecraft using this furniture mod. So, without anymore delay, here is how to get the furniture mod in Minecraft 1.17.1!

The first step of adding furniture in Minecraft 1.17.1 is downloading and installing Fabric. Fabric is the mod loader that the Adorn furniture mod uses. You can find the link for Fabric in the description above. After downloading it, you will need to open the installer with Java, make sure 1.17.1 is selected, and click ‘install’. This will install Fabric in Minecraft 1.17.1. We go over installing Fabric in-depth in the video.

With Fabric, we can show you how to download the furniture mod for Minecraft 1.17.1. You can find the link to the Adorn Furniture mod in the description above. When you click that, it will take you to the official download page for the Adorn furniture mod. On this page, look at the right-hand sidebar and scroll down until you see the ‘Minecraft 1.17’ section. Under this, you will see ‘Adorn-1.17.1’. Click the orange download button to the right of this mod, and it will start downloading. You will need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.

The above download process needs to be repeated for the FabricAPI and Fabric Kotlin. The process is the same for both, and these are both required for the Adorn Furniture Mod in Minecraft 1.17.1.

From there, it is now time to install the Adorn Furniture mod in Minecraft 1.17.1. The first part of this is pressing the Windows Key on your keyboard and ‘R’ at the exact same time. This will open up the Run app. In the text box in this app, type ‘%appdata%’ and hit enter. This will open the roaming folder. In this folder, you will see a .minecraft folder. Open that, and you should have a mods folder. If you don’t have a mods folder, create one.

Finally, to install the furniture mod in Minecraft 1.17.1, drag-and-drop the Adorn Furniture mod, the FabricAPI, and Fabric Kotlin into this mods folder. When you do this Adorn is installed in 1.17.1.

You aren’t complete done though. You still need to open up Fabric in Minecraft. To do this, open up the Minecraft launcher, click the little button next the Play button, select the ‘Fabric 1.17.1’ installation here, and click play. Minecraft 1.17.1 will now open up with the furniture mod installed!
