River Valley High death: MOE and schools will continue to be 'vigilant' about campus security

97% of River Valley High students have returned to school for the first time, since a 13-year-old student was killed on campus on July 19. The Education Ministry said the number is similar to regular attendance. It added that procedures will be taken to ensure campus security. Schools will also continue to be vigilant. Meanwhile, President Halimah Yacob has urged Singaporeans to band together and collectively heal, and reach out to those who may need support.
