The Reason Why Korone Speaks With an Accent [Eng Sub/Hololive]

Well, I learned something as well today.
It's hard to hear accents if you're not familiar with Japanese, but to explain, when Korone talks, her pronunciation and intonation are all over the place(specifically her inflection or certain syllables). She also skips a lot of syllables E.g. Ko'ne instead of Korone.
