Amid tensions between Assam-Mizoram borders, Union Minister Amit Shah has asked the Chief Ministers of the two states to ensure peace. Several people, including jawans of the Assam Police, have been reportedly injured in the violence on Monday along the border in Assam’s Cachar district.
