The Family of a Saint Lucian man murdered in Martinique is in a state of shock. Perplexed as to why such an incident would occur, the relatives want answers.
Shawn James, 21 better known to the community of Belmont, Dennery as "Barbas" was pronounced dead on Saturday, August 21st.
