Heavy Rain & Strong Winds Moving into South Korea

A Small but strong storm system is heading east into western and southern South Korea. It is carrying with it winds up to 70kmh, rainfall of up to 25mm in a three hour period, and thunderstorms. Much lighter rainfall throughout India and Southeast Asia as winds from south of the equator slow down. Strong winds in Kazakhstan are kicking up large concentrations of dust and sand in its southeastern region as well as central Uzbekistan.
