But, Dr. Johnrose Austin Jayalal, IMA President probably did not learn anything from them. Earlier this year, the brazen and proselytising views of Dr Jayalal caught the public eye. The IMA President was found trying to convert the students into Christianity through his remarks. He is caught in controversies yet again, because the Delhi High Court has dismissed the infamous President’s appeal against a trial court order asking him not to use the organisation’s platform to propagate any religion.
However, during the hearing on Tuesday, the Delhi High Court dismissed the infamous President’s appeal against the trial court order to not use the organisation’s platform to propagate any religion.
The Delhi High Court seems to have set an example yet again that no individual can take advantage of any respectable organization’s platform and use any high-ranking position to propagate any religious beliefs. The court declined all the hollow appeals made by the IMA President and proved that the law of the land rules supreme.
