Do shorts need descriptions? Probably not. Can you even see the description if you're browsing shorts in the app? I don't think you can. I guess you could be watching on web or maybe through other discovery methods. Anyway. This did 28k views on TikTok last year, I'd be very surprised if it gets anywhere near that here.
