Bhabanipur (West Bengal), Sep 12 (ANI): Ahead of upcoming by-polls in Bhabanipur constituency in West Bengal, State BJP president Dilip Ghosh painted the party symbol on a wall in the constituency. He was accompanied by Priyanka Tibrewal, the party’s candidate for Bhabanipur. BJP started the poll campaign in Bhabanipur constituency. Priyanka Tibrewal will contest election against sitting Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Election Commission has announced to hold by-elections to three assembly seats in West Bengal on September 30.
