Andy Biggs and his fellow GOP colleagues in the House Freedom Caucus call for President Joe Biden's resignation a day after the final U.S. plane departed from Afghanistan, ending the 20-year war. Biggs also called for the resignations of Generals Austin and Milley, Secretary of State Blinken and Homeland Secretary Mayorkas.
