Vegetable Chop Recipe is a popular Odisha food. These Crunchy chops are made with beetroot, carrots and peanuts which gives a nice crunch. Make these for an evenings snack and enjoy with a hot cup of chai. Beetroot,carrot, peanuts and other vegetables are cooked and coated with breadcrumbs then deep fried till golden brown and served with sauce and onion cucumber slices. Being loaded with vegetables it's great after school snack for kids .

Ingredients-
1 Carrot (Gajjar)
1 Potato (Aloo)
1 Beetroot
1 tablespoon Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , crushed
1 tablespoon Ginger , grated
1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 pinch Kala jeera
2 Dry Red Chillies
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds , crushed
1/2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
3 Whole Black Peppercorns
Salt , to taste
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
4 tablespoon Corn flour
Oil , to deep fry
