Layers of mashed potatoes, ham, and cheese get topped off with a creamy dill sauce, hot dogs, and delicious baked egg. - 4½ lbs potatoes, peeled & boiled
- ⅓ cup corn starch
- ½ stick butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 slices of ham
- 1½ cups shredded cheese
For the creamy dill sauce:
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tsp flour
For the topping:
- 6 hot dogs
- 1½ cups shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
Extra:
- 6 toothpicks for the hot dog rings
