U.S.' crimes in Afghanistan must be thoroughly investigated: Chinese diplomat

Although the U.S. has ended its military presence in Afghanistan, its alleged crimes of killing civilians by the U.S. troops and its allies must be thoroughly investigated and the perpetrators must be held accountable, a Chinese diplomat said in Geneva on Tuesday.
