Sangonomiya Kokomi is probably one of the characters that everybody will skip because she has weird scaling on stats and only a healer character, but you don't want to skip her banner entirely, MiHoYo probably already prepared some of the best 4 star characters in her banner.
In my prediction Bennett will appear as a 4 star character in Kokomi Banner because his banner rate up has appeared only 3 times so far.
