Client Pull-Up Progress: From Barely One Pull-Up, To 3 x 10 LB Weighted Pull-Ups

This is my client Amanda. Pull-ups are a goal of hers. She’s been following much of the framework of my Ultimate Pull-Up Program, and has been achieving amazing results. Here is what she has to say:
