
Does it Deep Fry: Pork Belly ๐ท
I brined this pork belly for 7 days with the intention of making bacon, but plans changed. After soaking it for a half hour to remove as much sugar as possible, I deep fried until an internal temp of 185F. Similar to chicharron, it ended up tasting incredible!
