Flight instructor: Plane in Santee crash seemed fine until pilot missed landing approach

Federal agents say their on-the-ground portion of the investigation into the fatal plane crash in Santee is wrapping up. But there’s still many unanswered questions as to what caused the aircraft to go down. KPBS Reporter Matt Hoffman has more.
