The Jury is taking its time over the Rittenhouse verdict as they are well aware they hold the life of an 18-year-old in their hands, according to Gray Television's White House Correspondent Jon Decker.
"A guilty verdict will obviously adversely affect his life in a very real sense," he told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
"They're also aware of what happened last summer in Kenosha, Wisconsin – they're a community with riots taking place, and their verdict could perhaps ignite more riots in that very community.
"So you can understand why the Jury is really taking their time in their deliberations."
