US Vice President Kamala Harris knows she is “so unpopular right now”, according to former White House staffer Barbara Heineback.
“And she hasn’t figured out how to reimagine herself - to use her terms,” Ms Heineback told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“She’s had PR firms working with her on it, and every time he gives her an assignment, she runs away to another country.
“When it was take care of the borders, she went to Guatemala and Mexico, telling them how to run their country.
“Everyone knows she has very little experience on domestic foreign policy.”
