Singapore to allow up to 5 fully vaccinated members of the same household to dine in at F&B outlets - excluding hawker centres and coffee shops - from Nov 10, as the overall COVID-19 situation has stabilised, said Minister Lawrence Wong at a multi-ministry task force news conference on Monday (Nov 8 ).
