Why Sith tend to Beat Jedi: Approaches to Trauma

Power-centric philosophy is a dear subject to me, and this video touches upon that.

When we think about the Jedi and the Sith, it is important to realise that they embody polar approaches to dealing with problems, in particular traumatic events. In this discussion of that pivotal differences, I explain why the average Sith is generally more powerful than the average Jedi; while Yoda said that the dark side is a quicker path to power, I argue that the realistic difference is not that the dark side makes it easier to gain progress, but rather the mentality/attitude of the practitioner is what determines how well they handle conflict.
