ZUCCHINI PIZZA BITES | QUICK RECIPE | LOW CARB #Shorts

These low carb mini pizzas without dough are ideal as low carb finger food. Get a touch of Italy in your kitchen with these low carb zucchini pizza bites and enjoy this healthy and low-carbohydrate meal for lunch, dinner or as a snack.

1) Preheat your oven to 180-200°C. Cut the zucchini in slices of 1cm.

2) Dice the Mushrooms in thin slices.

3) Punch small slices out of your salami. We wrapped a small coin in cling film and used it as a template. You can also just put a whole slice of salami on top.

4) Season your tomato sauce with some oregano, salt and a pinch of sugar.

5) Spread the zucchini slices on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Distribute a teaspoon of tomato sauce on the zucchini slices to the edges.

6) Take some mozzarella and sprinkle it on top. Top the slices as you want with salami, mushrooms or other toppings.

7) The low carb pizza bites now need 10 minutes at 180-200°C in the oven until the cheese is golden-brown.

What YOU NEED (for 1-2 servings):

- 1-2 Zucchinis
- 1 Can of tomatoes (for the pizzasauce)
- 100-150g low moisture mozzarella
- 3-5 slices of salami
- 2-3 mushrooms (for the vegetarian variant)
- Oregano, salt, sugar
