I make freezer meals for three main reasons.
One to save money by eating at home. I love to cook but I do not like the pressure of having to cook every day. By having freezer meals in my freezer I can know we can eat homemade meals daily without the pressure of cooking and cleaning a big mess daily.
Two is to control the ingredients in food. I love to eat the best quality food possible and by cooking at home I can know exactly what goes into the food we eat regularly.
Three to use up the garden produce I grow and put up all spring and summer. I put a lot of work into my garden and if we don't eat it, what was the point. Freezer meals help me use up what we store away for winter! I hope you enjoyed the video!!
