Why Chinese people tend to do better generally in the West than Africans and Caribbeans

There can be no doubt that academically, economically and by any other measures such as home ownership or rates of unemployment, those of Chinese origin living in Britain and the United States do better than those of African or Caribbean heritage. We look at one possible reason for this disparity.
