I am going to talk about Mindful eating in this video.
Our ancestors have been teaching us this stuff already, and we should know about it.
If we do not eat mindfully, there are four major diseases that can affect us and it has been proved.
Due to our hectic schedules going to school and colleges, especially schools, or moving to work every day, we eat at a fast pace. But we shouldn’t be doing it.
If you, do it, you are more prone to diabetes, obesity, hormonal imbalances, and the deadliest cancer. Mindful eating is the way to avoid these diseases.
We are not prioritizing the food that we eat and we do it as a chore. We should not do it. Our human body is very important and we should eat mindfully and chew our food at least 10 times.
Avoid drinking water while you eat. Obese people have lost weight due to mindful eating and it has been proved. Mindful eating is very simple and everyone can do it. Avoid using cell phones or e-devices while you are eating.
This will alter your brain signals and your brain gets confused. Avoid watching tv or using cell phones while you eat. I think we should all eat mindfully in order to safeguard our health and body. Hope you understand.
