Multinational Businesses such as Burger King, MacDonalds, KFC & Marks & Spencer have all announced that they intend to EXIT RUSSIA. However all of these companies operate through FRANCHISES in Russia and the Franchisees have REFUSED to close the stores and stop trading. As a result these businesses have now LOST CONTROL OF THEIR BRANDS.
