'Sad and terrifying': Joe Biden twice tries to 'shake hand' of someone who's not there

Sky News host Erin Molan says US President Joe Biden twice tried to "shake the hand of someone who isn't there".

Ms Molan said "personally, the President is not well".

"And that's genuinely very sad," Ms Molan said.

"It is so sad, but it is also more terrifying."
