As the jury was just outside the door on Tuesday morning, Darrell Brooks started talking about subject matter jurisdiction. "I'm not going to do this with you this morning," Judge Jennifer Dorow said, later saying: “If you say one word…” and Brooks did. She ordered a fourth break to send Brooks to the courtroom next door due to his repeated disruptions. Court had been in session for about an hour and nothing had gotten accomplished. Brooks is representing himself at trial for his alleged attack on the Waukesha Christmas parade that killed six people and injured dozens of others.
