Maison Kochi sits on a tight 1,860 sq. ft. plot which is situated in the heart of the city. Designed for a family of four, Maison Kochi also functions as a studio and office in the South Indian city of Kochi.
The west-facing building with a built-up area of 1,700 sq. ft., is delineated in two volumes. The taller south-west block shades the shorter north-eastern one throughout the day.
