These pencils popped up in the school supply aisles of a local Wal Mart and stood out from all the yellow pencils with a brilliant sparkle! These Pen+Gear pencils feature a round wood barrel wrapped in a holographic foil with hundreds of small stars that sparkle in the light and are topped with a variety of neon-colored erasers. This pack of 12 pencils sold for $1.00 US. They are made in India. How could I pass these up?
